The Coastal Discovery Museum is pleased to announce the 2024 Art Market, a juried fine art and craft show, on April 27-28, on the grounds of Honey Horn, a unique Lowcountry setting known for its live oaks, winding trails and camellia garden.

Over 90 artists from across the region will be displaying and selling a wide range of hand-crafted works, including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, drawing, photography and sculpture.

Show hours are 10 am to 5 pm, on Saturday; and 10 am to 4 pm, on Sunday. Admission is $5 and free to children 12 and under. There’s plenty of free, convenient parking, too. To purchase tickets in advance, CLICK HERE.

“The Art Market is one of our most popular events for both locals and visitors, who love discovering new artists and coming back to support their favorites,” said Elizabeth Greenberg, Director of Exhibitions at the Coastal Discovery Museum. “This year, attendees will have more to see, experience and buy from an exceptional group of artists.”

In between browsing the artists’ booths, event goers can enjoy live music, a variety of food truck fare and relax at picnic tables set up in the Honey Horn Pavilion and throughout the grounds. In addition, Gordon’s Hop Stop will be offering craft beer, wine and other adult beverages.

The Art Market, now in its 23rd year, is the museum’s biggest fundraiser and proceeds support year-round programs, exhibitions and events.
